The Tax Law Team is one of the strongest teams in the legal office of KLP.  It operates under the supervision of counsellor Beata Krzyżagórska and legal advisor Sławomir Łoboda.

The team provides legal consultancy in the following areas:

• tax planning, the creation of off-shore structures and their management, change of tax residence - more »
• tax consultancy, including corporate income tax and VAT, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, divisions and fusions of businesses
