advice on the creation of mutual funds and closed and open funds and representation in proceedings before the Financial Supervision Commission, in particular in proceedings for obtaining authorisation to operate a mutual fund and the creation of an open investment fund, but also in other matters related to the activities of mutual funds and investment funds;
continued legal service of mutual funds and closed and open funds, including in particular the drawing up of any regulations, organisational structures, contracts with asset managers and agreements with transfer agents and supervision of the proper performance;
advice on all cooperation agreements between the investor and the investment fund manager, as well as agreements for the transfer of shares of commercial companies as payments into investment funds;
advice on securitisation projects;
conduct of due diligence prior to the conclusion of certain capital transactions, including tax and legal research of entities.
