As part of the legal services in this area, our office provides advice on maritime law, with particular emphasis on maritime navigation issues.

In the area of ​​maritime law issues, our office provides support for:

• analysis of freight contracts, including charter contracts and charter time contracts,
• analysis of vessel construction contracts,
• registration proceedings, particularly as regards the registration of vessels and maritime mortgages;
• proceedings in criminal detention of ships.

Services in the field of maritime law are provided by the office’s lawyers under the guidance of counsellor Beata Krzyżagórska, who has a wealth of knowledge and experience in this area, acquired in the Department of Maritime Law, University of Gdansk, working alongside distinguished representatives of this discipline of law: Prof. Jerzy Młynarczyk, Prof. Wojciech Adamczak and Prof. Zdzisław Brodecki.
