Our office has developed and implemented in LPP S.A. a model for the management of intellectual property and trademark rights in an international structure and carried out a transaction for the sale of shares in companies belonging to the group GTL S.A. worth PLN 140 million. Currently, we are providing legal advice for the implementation of an effective sales model, as well as the operation and optimisation of the investment process in the ENERGA Capital Group.
