On Friday, September 20th this year, during the ceremony of the presentation of the prizes organized in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the prize has been presented by Mrs Henryka Mościcka - Dendys, the Vice-minister of the Foreign Affairs and Mr Marek Goliszewski - the President of the Business Centre Club to the hands of Mrs Beata Krzyżagórska - Żurek, the advocate.

This prize is being granted to the entrepreneurs promoting the Polish economy through the export of the goods and services.

The Law Office has been honoured with the prize for - among others – the preparation and implementation of the innovative solutions and tools, allowing the issuance of the eurobonds and for the assistance in the creation of the organizational structures for the Polish entrepreneurs undertaking the economic activity abroad (including in particular the advisory in the scope of the selection of the appropriate legal and organizational form of conducted activity in order to minimize the tax charges), as well as for the preparation of the model of the effective use of the Polish entrepreneurs’ trademarks in the course of the business activity conducted abroad.

The Ambassador of the Polish Economy promotes Poland at the international arena as the reliable business partner, supports the good renown of the Polish entrepreneurs, contributes to the economic development of the state, attracts the investors and builds the capital of the trust in Poland and Poles.

We consider this prize the distinction, however, moreover the obligation of further undertaking the activity supporting our clients abroad in the way allowing them to conduct the activity in the way providing maximum safety and effectiveness as well as promoting Poland and Polish trademarks abroad.
