Qualifications

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdansk in 1992 and passed the legal advisors’ exam in 1994.

Experience

Completed many sales of shares and stock, participated in divisions, merges and transformations of commercial companies as well as in sales of enterprises and its parts. Participated in transformations of cooperatives into commerce companies. Realized transactions related with securities emission and trading with them in a regulated market. Consulted in many transactions type project, corporate finance and private equity. Realized emissions of corporation bonds and emission of bonds replaceable for shares.

Participated in the build of franchise networks in the country and abroad. Supervises negotiations for tenant premises in shopping centers in the country and abroad. Developed and implemented gift cards for retailers. Developed and implemented many international structures that optimize CIT and PIT taxation. Developed and implemented manager options. Participated in many fiscal proceedings before authorities and administration courts. Supervises legal procedures of public companies and strategic clients of the office.
